This policy explains how we handle the email address you share when joining the Nomyclo waitlist.

Who is responsible for your information
Nomyclo, operated by Ragi Vyas, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@nomyclo.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and the date and time you joined.
Why we use it
We use your email only to manage the Nomyclo waitlist and contact you with updates about access to Nomyclo. We do not automatically add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent. You give that consent by entering your email and selecting “Join the waitlist.” You may withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove your address. Withdrawal does not affect use that was lawful before withdrawal.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until Nomyclo launches publicly or until you ask us to remove it, whichever happens first. We may keep information for longer only where the law requires it.
Who processes it
We use service providers that support this website, its hosting, and its secure database. This currently includes Lovable and the cloud infrastructure providers used to run Lovable Cloud. They process information for us under their service terms and only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your email address.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law for those transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- restrict or object to certain uses;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time; and
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
